Japan chiefs: Keep interest rates at zero

TOKYO (Reuters) -- Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi said on Tuesday the central bank needs to watch deflationary conditions when it decides whether to end zero interest rates.
"It's just for the BOJ to decide while closely monitoring deflation," Koizumi told reporters.
